Long sandy beach on the seaside of Ria Formosa island Ilha da Culatra in front of Olhão
Access to Culatra island is by ferryboat from Olhão and Faro. A bordwalk goes from the quay at the lagoon side across the island to the beach on the seaside. The endless sandy beach disposes of a limited infrastructure during the bathing season.
