Highest national dept ever in Portugal
Despite of increasing monetary reserves the national dept of Portugal has reaches a new all-time high in 2015

According to an article published by ZAP.aeiou yesterday, the Bank of Portugal reports monetary reserves of 18,664 billion € for the end of November 2015. This is the highest amount ever, an increase of 23% compared to the year before.
But at the same time also the public dept has reached an all-time high of 231,3 billion €. This figure does not even include the cost of the bailout of Banif, 3 billion € estimated by the Unidade Técnica de Apoio Orçamental (UTAO).
