The market hall with its interesting architecture is located in the centre of Loulé. Every Saturday a huge gipsy market is hold here, attracting people from all over the place.

Located near the former hospital and a junction of several transient roads, the market hall can be easily accessed. Fresh fish and seafood as well as regional fruits and vegetable are offered daily. Each Saturday rural produce can be bought directly from farmers at their stands in the basement and at the entrance to the hall.
