This house is set in a magnificent garden which extends into a rough country area full of olive trees which gives a feeling of space and the country.
The house has the following accommodation on the ground floor:
An ample living room with wood burning stove, TV, Satellite, CD, the french windows open out onto the covered terrace with steps leading to the pool (10 x 5m). The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, hob top and oven. The is a breakfast area which has french windows onto an outside eating area beside the BBQ. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 x twin, 1 x double) and two complete bathrooms.
The first floor has a double bedroom with a private roof terrace and en suite bathroom.
Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms.
EXTRA: The pool can be heated by a heat pump which is charged at Euros 130€ per week. |
