On-site meeting facilities at the Dom Pedro hotels in Vilamoura include six meeting rooms at the Dom Pedro Marina Hotel for up to 80 delegates. At the Dom Pedro Golf Hotel, there are two meeting rooms with over 135 square metres of meeting space for up to 80 delegates theatre style, and the Forum Conference Centre, an annexe of the Dom Pedro Golf Hotel, offers over 550 square metres of pillar-free exhibition space, with a maximum capacity of 500 delegates theatre style and other 3 meeting rooms, 1 with 150 square metres and the other with 50 square metres each.
The Forum is a multi-purpose conference centre with a ceiling height of 4.5 metres, capable of being divided into two equal, soundproofed parts, the Rossini and Verdi rooms, together with a 160-square-metre welcome foyer. The Forum Conference Centre is fully equipped with a wide range of facilities, and skilled staff are on hand to provide specialised assistance, helping to ensure the success of your events. |
