Hotel Quinta do Lago is situated 20 km away from Faro International Airport and a two hour drive from Seville. The journey to and from Faro takes approximately 20-30 minutes by car. Deluxe taxis (Mercedes, Volvo etc) are available for this transfer. The drivers have been trained as guides and speak several languages.
Directions to Hotel Quinta do Lago from Faro Airport
Leave the airport and drive for approximately three kilometres until you see signs for Faro and Portimão. Turn right towards Portimão. Continue for approximately four kilometres until you see signs for Loulé and Portimão. Turn right towards Portimão and continue straight ahead for approximately three kilometres. You will then see a billboard for Quinta do Lago on your left and São Lourenço church on your right. Turn right, following the sign to Almancil. Drive further until you reach Almancil. You will see a sign for Quinta do Lago. Turn left at the second set of traffic lights. After approximately 500 metres you will come to a fork in the road and will see a sign for Quinta do Lago. Take the left fork, passing a golf shop on your right. Carry straight on until you come to a roundabout. This is the entrance to Quinta do Lago. Pass five more roundabouts; the beach car park will be in front of you and the hotel is on your right. |
