Based in Tavira, Portugal, MARISOL offers natural sea salt from South Portugal´s Atlantic coast, certified by Certiplanet and Natural Food Certifiers. The salt comes from traditional salterns in the Eastern Algarve, situated in the Ria Formosa and Sapal do Castro Marim Natural Parks, along the coastline from Tavira to the Spanisch border. It is in these traditional salt works where sea salt is harvested by hand still today. To keep on with this millennial tradition, we aim to:
