The Residences is a closed condominium of 146 two- and three-bedroom stylish apartments set in landscaped gardens with many facilities:
Swimming Pools
Set around the beautifully landscaped grounds are three outdoor pools: a large main pool for adults, a special pool for children with water features, and a third, just 30 cm deep, for babies.
Underground Parking
When owners or their guests arrive, they can drive into the secure underground car park, to their individually-numbered parking place. From here, lifts go direct to each of the three or four floors of each apartment building. Each apartment has allocated parking spaces.
Others
Younger guests can enjoy the junior and baby pools, or the indoor or outdoor play zones. The gardens and central courtyard create a pleasant environment in which to relax.
Reception & Concierge
Reception, concierge and security staff are always on hand to help owners and their guests feel at home and to assist with any problems or queries that may arise. Just like their own private club, they enjoy a high level of personal service.
