ACCA SEEKS MEMBERS
Over the past four years, ACCA (supporting children in need in the Algarve) has worked with most of the local Orphanages and Institutions, many poor families, gypsy children, schools, disabled youngsters and kids from dysfunctional families. All the volunteers involved with ACCA have not only helped raise considerable sums of money for individuals, groups and infrastructure in Homes, but also given their time to hold parties, visit the cinema, hold football matches and generally meet, play and chat with kids who need lots of love.
ACCA now really needs YOUR help. As a legally registered Portuguese charity, ACCA is gearing up to its first AGM, and by law, needs Members. As a member, you don't have to volunteer to do anything, just make a one-off subscription of 50 euros, and a regular donation of 20 euros per month via standing order, and vote at the AGM for motions the committee, or you yourself wish to raise. The money you donate will all go directly to children, and as a transparent organisation, you can ask to see exactly where your money goes. |
