How to getting there from Aljezur:
Leave Aljezur in northern direction on the EN120 (Aljezur-Lisbon). Turn to the left at the entrance of the village Baiona onto a small tarred street. This road accompanies the river Seixe, taking you to it's estuary.
The other option is, before crossing the bridge of the river Seixe, still on the Algarve side, to turn to the left and follow the road, that takes you 3 km directly to the beach of Odeceixe.

You can have a pleasant walk at low tide. In the south of the Praia de Odeceixe there is a second bay, only accessible by low tide, it is called Praia da Adega. At high tide, the only access is down the cliffs.
The estuary of the river Seixe provides excellent conditions for canoeing and boat trips.
